عن المسرحية
في سنة 2010م، ساق القدر حبيب إلى الخدمة الوطنية في حكومة محلية بِرْنِنْ غُوَارِي، التابعة لولاية كَدُونَا في دولة نيجيريا، وهناك التقى بفتاة ضائعة تسمى شريفة، أبقت عن أسرتها لأكثر من سبع سنوات، قتلت العديد من الرجال لتحرر نفسها، وبذلت عفتها مقابل الحياة الحرة. ولأنها متيقنة بأن حبيبها منير الذي بذلت له روحها قتل على يد الظالمين بما فيهم أسرتها، وللتجربة المريرة التي مرت بها في حياتها عن الرجال، كرهت الزواج، واعتبرت قتل الرجال لعبة ممتعة وسبيلا لتحرير نفسها من خيانتهم وخداعهم للنساء. وأصبح الاقتراب منها كالاقتراب من الموت سواء. مع كل هذه العقبات والمخاطر استطاع حبيب؛ الشاب العفيف الذي يخدم الوطن في برنن غواري، أن يتقرب منها، واستطاع كذلك أن يسيطر على روحها ويستميلها إلى حبه، إلا أنه هو الآخر يخدعها بحب كاذب ليحقق غرضا معينا. ووسط هذه المعضلات كلها، وبعد أن استقر حب حبيب في قلبها، فإذا بمنير يظهر من عالم الأموات الذي أرسل إليه، وعندها تغير مسار القصة وانقلبت الأمور رأسا على عقب... اكتشف بنفسك أيها القارئ كيف وصلت العقدة إلى قمتها في هذه الرحلة السردية.
