مجله " فايل شعر" تريبون آينده ست، آيينه آثار پيشروى جوانان است، جوانانى كه اغلب از صفر شروع كردهاند و در حداقل زمان به پيشرفتى باورنكردنى رسيدهاند، اين مجله ايده آل نيست، ضعف كم ندارد اما فرم درونى و محتوايى دارد كه تاكنون در ژورناليسم ادبى فارسى يا تجربه نشده، و يا تجربه نشده است! شعر پيشروى فارسى بوطيقا نداشت، ندارد! حالا مىرود كه داشته باشد و دست اندركارانِ اين مجله اگر هيچ نكرده باشند لااقل تلاش كردهاند بوطيقانويسى كنند. مجله "فايل شعر" از ادبيات فست فودى، از ارتجاع ادبى، از هرآنچه طعم كلاسيك دارد دورى مىكند. اينجا كلمات براىتان دل اى دل اى نخواهند كرد و اگر پىِ قافيه آمدهايد تا برایتان تنبك بزند اصلن اين فايل را باز نكنيد. در اين شماره مجله، ادعاى نظريهپردازى نداريم، اما هر آنچه در هر باره خواندهايم كپسول كرده در اختيارتان قرار دادهايم، شما كافىست فقط قورت دهيد. "فايل شعر" كتاب آموزش شعر سپيد و آزاد است، طورى كار كردهايم كه خوانش آن، هم براى شاعران و منتقدان آماتور، هم حرفهاى مفيد باشد. در اين مجله سادهنويسى يعنى زبانِ قدرت را فداى قدرتِ زبان كردهايم تا تمهيدى باشد براى ورودِ گلوبال پوئترى به جهان فارسى زبان و بى شك در شمارههاى بعدى جز درباره ى شعر نومدرنيستى نخواهيد خواند. "فايل شعر" يك آغاز است، آغازِ اعتراضى عليه ميان مايهسازى، ناعدبياطى عليه ادبياتِ مسلّط، و در نهايت تريبونى براى سطرى مهم از شعرى كه شاعرش آن را هنوز ننوشته است. "فايل شعر" را آنها كه شعر را براى فان، براى فال نمىخوانند، حتمن باز كنند.
