كتابي را كه ميخوانيد ترجمة كتاب Pharmacokinetics in Clinical Practice است كه توسط اينجانب چندين سال قبل ترجمه شده بود. چون محتواي آن را براي اطباء و خصوصاً متخصصين طب مفيد يافتم خواستم تا با نشر آن زمينه استفاده بيشتر از كتاب مذكور را فراهم نمايم.
فارمكوكينيتيك بخش مهم تداوي دوايي را تشكيل ميدهد كه متأسفانه بعضاً دكتوران متوجه ارزش آن نمي باشند. با دانستن فارمكوكينيتيك ميتوان دوا را بصورت مناسب و معقول تطبيق نمود و زمينه حصول تأثيرات مفيد دوا را با كمترين تأثيرات سمي مساعد كرد. البته دركتاب حاضر روي جذب، توزيع، استقلاب و اطراح ادويه بشكل مفصل بحث شده كه ممكن به حافظه سپردن آن با همة تفصيل براي هر داكتر خسته كننده باشد ولي با مطالعه و با بخاطر سپردن مفاهيم كلي و عمومي قسمت هاي عمدة آن ميتوان در تداوي دوايي مريضان از آن بهره برد.
