هذه الرسالة في علم الصرف، تسمى: "عنوان الصرف" صغيرة الحجم، سهلة الفهم، رتبها المؤلف الشيخ "هارون عبد الرازق" على مقدمة وثلاثة أبواب، تحدث في المقدمة عن الصرف بشكل عام وقال "الصرف، قواعد يعرف بها أحوال أبنية الكلم، غير الإعراب، كالتثنية، والجمع، والإعلال، والنسب، ويدخل في الاسم المتمكن والفعل، دون الحرب وشبهة. والأبنية هي الصيغ بهيأتها.
"وبعد ذلك قام بالتحدث عن الأبنية" والتي هي : أبنية الاسم وأبنية الفعل، وفي الباب الأول تحدث عن الفعل وأقسامه وتحدث عن إسناد الفعل للضمير وعن المبني للمجهول، ونون التوكيد، أما الباب الثاني فخصصه للاسم، اسم الفاعل اسم المفعول، اسم التفضيل، اسما الزمان والمكان، اسم الآلة، كما وتحدث عن المذكر والمؤنث والمثنى والجمع والنسب. وتحدث في الباب الثالث عن الأحكام التي تعم الاسم والفعل فتناول في البدء الإعلال ومن ثم تطرق إلى الإدغام والوقف.
