يحكي الكتاب قصة الحق والباطل و الشر والخير لعهدين: الأول بَعث بإذن الله ليبيا إلى الوجود من عدم حتى قالت تقارير الأمم المتحدة "أنه لو قامت في ليبيا دولة فلن يعجز احد عن ذلك"، أي المستحيل القطعي. ولكن المؤمن بعثها مثلما أحيى سيدنا موسى الطير بإذن الله لا بقوته وفعله. وذهب ليتركها دولة تشرئب لها أعناق دول كانت غنية يوم مولد ليبيا فصارت متسولة على باب العز الإدريسي، فصرف الكل بروح الأب لا المنتقم. وشبع الليبيون فقال بعضهم في غمرة الحرية "إبليس ولا إدريس" ورفع الإدريس كفيه إلى السماء مؤَمنا ولم يرفع سبابته للأمن كي يعتقلوا أحدا بل عذر الشباب ودافع عنهم. وهنا نكمل قصة الكتاب بعهد إبليس الحقيقي شكلا وموضوعا بل ألعن من إبليس لأن الأبن يبز أباه. ولولا عفو الله وإذنه لليبيين بالخلاص لما ذهب الإبليس في أشهر وطالما قالوا أنه لا يموت. قالوا فكفروا وقال الشعب فآمن فغلب الإيمان الكفر.
