كتاب على أنغام الكمال يحمل بطياته مجموعة من القصائد الشعرية من حروف قلم الشاعر الجزائري أحمد بالنور، ما جعل الكتاب يكون بهذا الاسم هو أن جميع القصائد والأبيات فيه على وزن البحر الكامل.
نبذة عن البحر الكامل:
وزن البحر الكامل هو تكرار التفعيلة "متفاعلن"، وزحاف الكامل يدخله كثيراً زحاف الإضمار، وهو تسكين الثاني المتحرك، وبذلك تصبح مكوّنة من سببين خفيفين، ووتد مجموع مثل مستفعلن، وقد يدخله الطيّ، وهو حذف الرابع الساكن، ولكن في حالات نادرة، والكامل يستخدم تاماً ومجزوءاً، وذلك بحذف ثلثه أو حذف التفعيلة الثالثة من آخر كلّ شطر من شطري البيت.
