واما مساله تكفير من اعتقد في المصحف زياده او نقصا اي اعتقد وقوع تحريف فيه لكنه لم يعتقد ضياع الدين بهذا التحريف ولذلك فهو يدين الله تعالى بالاسلام وبهذا القران فلا شك في بطلان قوله وانه قائل بمقاله فاسده فاسده وانه قد خالف امرا معلوما من الدين بالضروره ومع ذلك فانه لا يكفر حتى تعلم يقينا انه قد عرف ان الدعاء الزياده والنقص حتى تعلم يقينا انه قد عرف ان القران مصون من الزياده والنقصان فان عرف ذلك ثم اصر على ادعاء الزياده والنقص فسيكون مكذبا او معاندا او معرضا او شاكا في دلاله الشهادتين فيكون كافرا لانه بغير هذا القيود لا يكون قد نقض دلاله الشهادتين على ما بيناه سابقا عندما تحدثنا عن اختلاف الفقهاء في البسمله في اول السوره هل هي من القران ليس من القران وعندما ذكرنا ما كان يحك من المعوذتين من الصحابه اعتقادا انها ليست من المصحف ومن ادخل المصحف في صورتي الحفل ويجعل قراءه متواتله فكلها لم يكفروا رغم اعتقادهم نقصا وزياده في القران لانه لم يلتزم مع هذا الاعتقاد اعتقادا ينقض الشهادتين دلاله الشهاده
