علم الاستنباط القانوني: يمثل الكتاب ( ٣٥٠ صفحة تقريباً) طفرة نوعية تتمثل في تقديم اطروحة جديدة، وهي محاولة تأسيس علم او فرع جديد في تخصص القانون والشريعة المقارنة، يمزج المؤلف في كتابه بين فلسفة القانون وعلم اصول الفقه الاسلامي.ويهدف فيه الى بيان أسس فهم النص القانوني وتطبيقه بصورة مباشرة او غير مباشرة عن طريق تفسيره. كما يستعرض الكتاب تأسيس نظرية الحكم القانوني كبديل لنظرية القاعدة القانونية، التي سعى الى هدمها، واحلال محلها بناء الحكم القانوني، مستعيناً ببناء الحكم الشرعي، مما يترتب على ذلك آثار كبيرة ومهمة.
