رواية عزيز ليليان رواية رومانسية دارت بين طالبة طب وطالب طب في احدي الجامعات السودانية،بطل الرواية يدعي عفيف، وحبيبته تسمى ليليان، فتاة يغلب عليها الطابع الديني، تعشق القراءة والكتابة، في أول أيامهم اريلت إليه نصا جميلا تصفه، أعجب ورد لها برواية كاملة ولا تساوي جمال ذاك النص الذي كتبته، أحبها وبعد فترة اكتشف أن لديها مرض مزمن مما رفضت العلاقة بحجة أنها أقامت علاقة سابقة وكسر قلبها شاب عشريني مما جعلها طريحة للمشفى ستة أشهر، بعدها أصلحت لا تؤمن بالعلاقات الرومانسية، بالتالي جعلته يحاول جاهدا إيقاعها في علاقة، لكنها ترفض مرتين ومرتين وثلاث، بغد عام وعامين وثلاث،عفيف أصيب بالتوحد والتفكير المفرط، ولا أحد يرى ما به
