يعتبر هذا الشخص المقرّب من مدحت باشا وعبد الحميد، وفق معلومات موثوقة عندي، إحدى الشخصيات المحورية التي تقف وراءه المؤامرة الوشيكة في البلاط، يجب أن نتوقع إزاحة السلطان الحالي في أقرب وقيت وتنصيب عبد الحميد بدلاً منه، عندئذ سوف يصبح أنور - أفندي شخصية هامة جداً وتتمتع بنفوذ لا حدود له بكل تأكيد، فهو ذكي وبارع، وذو ثقافة أوروبية، ويعرف عدداً لا يحصى من اللغات الغربية والشرقية، ولكننا للأسف لا نملك أية معلومات تفصيلية عن سيرة هذا السيّد المثير للفضول.
من المعروف أنه يبلغ من العمر حوالي 35 سنة لا أكثر، وأنه ولد في مكان ما من صربيا أو البوسنة، إنه من أصل غامض وليس له أقرباء وهذا يعتبر في تركيا ميزة حميدة إلى أبعد حد، في حال أصبح أنور وزيراً ذات يوم، أنور أفندي - اقرب ما يكون إلى الكاردينال الرمادي في حاشية مدحت باشا، كما أنه عضو بارز وناشط في حزب العثمانيين الجدد.
