ولدت في 21 ديسمبر في المحلة الكبرى بمحافظة الغربية، وتعمل دكتورة صيدلانية.
تعرف غادة نفسها في مدونتها بأنها: «أنا أمثل 15 مليون بنت من سن 25 إلى سن 35 واللواتي يضغط عليهم المجتمع كل يوم كي يتزوجن مع أنه ليس بأيديهن أنهن لسه قاعدين» بدأت مدونتها عايزة أتجوز أغسطس 2006.في مجلة حياة السعودية.
تم نشر كتابها الأول "عايزة أتجوز" فبراير 2009 عن دار الشروق.
لها مقال ثابت في جريدة الشروق منذ فبراير 2009.
عرض لها في رمضان 2010 مسلسل عايزة أتجوز من اخراج رامي إمام.

وصف كتاب عايزه اتجوز تأليف(غاده عبد العال):
كتاب "عايزة اتجوز" كتاب ساخر يتعرض لبعض أسباب تأخر زواج الفتيات بالكثير من خفة الدم و الذكاء، مع التعرض لكيفية تعامل المجتمع مع هذا الموضوع الشائك. بالطبع لا يشير الكتاب إلي كل أسباب تأخر الزواج لأن هذا يحتاج إلي دراسة أو بحث علمي كبير، الكتاب في المقام الأول يرجع سبب تأخر زواج بطلة الكتاب إلي أن من يتقدمون للزواج لا يصلحون لعيوب قاتلة في شخصياتهم (عاهات بمعني أدق) بينما الفتاة تريد إنساناً يشاركها أفكارها و طموحاتها و تتزوجه بناء علي شخصيته و تدينه و أخلاقه في المقام الأول و ليس مستواه المادي مثلاً
الكتاب يبدأ بداية جرئية و هي فكرة إعلان فتاة عن رغبتها في الزواج الذي هو أمر طبيعي و منطقي إلي أن المجتمع الغير منطقي يرفض مثل هذا الإعتراف الصريح في كثير من الأحيان. يستمر الكتاب بعدها في إٍستعراض المتقدمين للزواج في مواقف تثير الضحك لخفة دم الكاتبة و قدرتها الغير عادية علي المبالغة الكوميدية مع الإحتفاظ بالفكرة التي هي إشارة إلي مشكلة حقيقية موجودة في المجتمع
