مجموعة قصصية أو متتالية قصصية تدخل معها الأديبة امنية طلعت في تجربة كتابة جديدة تقدمها من خلال مجموعة قصصية بعنوان (طبيخ الوحدة)، حيث للمرة الأولى في الأدب العربي يتم تقديم عمل أدبي يجمع بين المطبخ والإحساس بالوحدة، فالكاتبة تسرد مجموعة قصص مختلفة لمجموعة من النساء يواجهن إحساسهن بالوحدة بأن يطبخن لأنفسهن أو لأحبائهن أو حتى للطيور.
وتقول الكاتبة عن تجربتها الجديدة: «لقد عانيت من الاحساس بالفقد والوحدة فترة طويلة من حياتي ومارست أنشطة عديدة كي أتخلص من هذا الإحساس، فلم يساعدني سوى المطبخ لأنني اكتشفت أن صنع الطعام يحتوي على كثير من المعاني منها العطاء والحب فعندما نطبخ لأحبابنا أو لأنفسنا بحب تغمرنا السعادة والشعور بالبركة، كما ان الطبخ يحتوي على المشاركة ما يقضي على الإحساس بالوحدة، لذلك جاءت لي فكرة المجموعة ودخلت في غمار كتابتها».
تحتوي مجموعة طبيخ الوحدة على عشر قصص تختلف في مضمونها وإن كانت تجتمع في فكرة الطبخ والوحدة، هي: ( طبيخ الوحدة، معضلة الملوخية، ويكا يا دنيا ويكا، ببرونة لأدهم، وحدها كانت تطهو الكوسة بالنعناع، قرع عسل في كابادوكيا، هوس الكعكة، فنجان من القهوة، صينية بطاطس كانت تجمعنا).
