"صوت الحبّ" هي الرّواية البكر لـ فاتن كشو صدرت سنة 2012 ولئن حملت هذه الرّواية العديد من القضايا الإجتماعيّة والإنسانيّة إلاّ أنّها ركّزت خاصّة على موضوع العنصريّة في البلاد العربيّة والأجنبيّة.
فبطلة الرّواية "سارّة" هي فتاة تونسيّة كبُـرت مع عقدة أنّها فتاة سوداء البشرة (وصيفة باللغة التّونسية) لأبوين أبيضي البشرة وقد تولّدت فيها العديد من مشاعر النّقصان، عدم الثّقة بالنّفس والتّشكيك في نسبها وأصلها رغم ما ورثته من نسب أصيل ومال وفير. و "سارّة" هي نتاج عمليّة تلقيح إصطناعيّ كان الحلّ الأوحد آنذاك للأبوين اللّذين ملاّ إنتظار زينة الحياة الدّنيا من البنين. شيئا فشيئا تغوص الكاتبة في شخصيّة البطلة التّي قرّرت التحرّر من قيود المجتمع واتّهاماته الباطلة في حقّها لتستقرّ في الولايات المتّحدة الأمريكيّة حتّى تكمل دراسة الفنون هناك ثمّ أصبحت بعد سنوات من الشّخصيّات الفنيّة المعروفة والموهوبة. تتعرّف البطلة على قدرها المحتوم وهو مهندس الإضاءة "آدم" لتتولّد منها قصّة حبّ تكلّلت بالزّواج لكنّه لم يُقدَّر له أن يدوم إذ هاجرت سارّة، حاملة ثمرة زواجها، بعد أن إكتشفت سرّ شذوذ لون بشرتها.
