كلّ شيء كان يتحرّك كعادته، إلّا القلوب... كانت ترتجف دون صوت، وما لم يُقَل في البداية، كان أثقل بكثير ممّا قيل لاحقًا.
لم يكن أحد يتوقّع أن تتشابك الخيوط بهذا الشكل،
ولا أن تتحوّل العلاقات القديمة إلى ألغازٍ مفتوحة،
ولا أن تصبح الحقيقة وجهًا لا يُشبه أحدًا ممّن نعرفهم.
