ولدت فى عام = 1972 = بقرية الصواف بمركز كوم حمادة محافظة البحيرة المصرية - لأب يعمل مستشارا بالمحاكم - و أقامت أسرتنا فى مدينة كوم حمادة - و التحقت بالتعليم و حصلت على ليسانس الحقوق من جامعة القاهرة = ثم عينت بالقضاء المصرى و تخصصت فى قضايا الأسرة منذ عام 1998 - و ألقيت محاضرات - فى هذا المجال- على زملائى القضاة= و ألفت كتابا فى التوريث - و أصدرت حكما يلزم وزير المالية المصرى بالانفاق على فقيرة = و قد وصفت جريدة الأهرام هذا الحكم بأنه أهم حكم فى تاريخ القضاء المصرى - و قد تزوجت من سيدة فاضلة هى = سوزان المظالى = وأنجبت ابنين عزيزين هما = محمد و عمر = و أنا حاليا أقيم معهم بمدينة كوم حمادة
