في قلب الريف الفرنسي، بين التلال الخضراء المتموجة والسماء التي تغازل الأرض بزُرقتها الصافية، تقع قرية صغيرة تُدعى لاريانا. قرية شعبية هادئة، يكسوها عبق الزهور البرية وتنسج شمسها خيوط الذهب فوق حجارة منازلها القديمة.
في هذه القرية، لكل زاوية حكاية، ولكل طريق أثر من زمن مضى. لكن أحد أكثر الأماكن سحرًا فيها هو دكان لا روزا — دكان الزهور العتيق الذي يشبه قطعة من زمن آخر، تُزيّنه الورود المتسلقة على جدرانه الخشبية، وتفوح منه رائحة تختلط فيها الزنابق بالخزامى والحنين.
هنا تبدأ الحكاية...
في صباح ربيعي، دخلت إيلا إلى الدكان. فتاة ذات شعر أشقر كشمس الفجر، وعيون خضراء كغابة حالمة، وبشرة بيضاء تعكس براءة قلبها. كانت تبحث عن وردة تهديها لجدتها في عيدها، وردة تنبض بشيء من روحها.
وفي اللحظة ذاتها، دخل ويليام. فتى وسيم، ذو شعر بني وعينين عسليتين تشعّان بدفء لا يشبه الشتاء، وبشرة سمراء تضج بالحياة. كان يمرّ كعادته، لكنه توقف عند الوردة ذاتها التي كانت إيلا تمد يدها نحوها.
نظراتهما التقت، وفي لحظة صامتة، بدا وكأن شيئًا غير مرئي كُتب بينهما.
لكن الحب في لاريانا ليس طريقه مفروشًا بالزهور، فإيلا فتاة فقيرة نشأت على الهامش، بينما ويليام من عائلة غنية، يحيطه المجتمع بالبريق والقيود.
وفي خلفية المشهد، هناك كارلا، صديقة ويليام المقربة، التي تحمل في قلبها مشاعر لم تُقال. وجيان، ابن خالة إيلا، الذي أحبها بصمت منذ الطفولة.
ما بين وردة واحدة، ونظرة عابرة... تبدأ قصة ستغير وجه القرية إلى الأبد
