ديوان زهرة المصطفى للشاعرة ندى يوسف الرفاعي يشتمل علي أربعة محاور فكرية وهي المدائح النبوية الشريفة لسيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وإظهار مكانته أن الرسول لا يزداد قدراً ولا مكانة بمدح المادحين بل المادحون هم من يرتفع قدرهم بمدحه، يلي ذلك مدائح الطاهرة خديجة ثم مدائح الزهراء ومدائح أهل الكساء وأهل البيت وممهور بقصائد لشعراء عرب يمتدحون جهود الشاعرة في الديوان.
