تتسم رواية "نور" بطابع إجتماعي رومانسي, حيث يذهب بنا الكاتب في رحلة داخل أروقة المجتمع المصري يقوم من خلالها بتسليط الضوء على بعض الأحداث التي شهدتها البلاد في السنوات القليلة
الماضية و الكثير من القضايا الشائكة التي تهم غالبية أفراد المجتمع ما بين مؤيد و معارض لها من خلال بطلي القصة "إيهاب و نور".
"إيهاب" هذا الشاب الذي سئم من الحياة التي يعيشها في ظل هذا المجتمع الذي لا يؤمن بأحقية الإنسان في أن يعيش على طبيعته، في أن يحيا بكامل حريته، مقرراً الذهاب إلى مدينة أخرى تختلف كثيراً عن مدينته في كثير من النواحي عله يجد السلام الذي يبحث عنه.
أما "نور" فهي الفتاة القوية التي قليلاً ما تجد من تشبهها، والتي عانت في حياتها السابقة كثيراً حتى أصبحت ما عليه الآن.
قطار يحمل على متنه بطلي القصة، يحمل ذكريات الكثيرين منا، فهل يا ترى سينجح "إيهاب" في تحقيق غايته أما أن للماضي الخاص ب "نور" و أشباح الماضي رأي أخر في ذلك !
