طبيب مصري، حاصل على بكالريوس الطب والجراحة من جامعة عين شمس، ويعمل طبيبًا مقيمًا بقسم أمراض المخ والأعصاب ضمن البورد المصري. جمع بين الطب والكتابة الأدبية، فأصدر ثلاثة أعمال من تأليفه: رواية «إلحاد» (2017)، ورواية «قناع واحد لخمسة وجوه» (2023)، والمجموعة القصصية «نصف العالم لا أراه» (2023). كما ترجم كتابين مهمين في العلوم والنفس: «هلوسات» لعالم الأعصاب الأمريكي أوليڤر ساكس، و«أعد برمجة مخك» للأخصائي النفسي الأمريكي جون بي. أردن. وقام بترجمة الحلقات المصورة لبرنامج «عندي سؤال» للدكتور عمرو شريف، الذي يناقش قضايا الإيمان والإلحاد في 89 حلقة.
