تنشد قصائد هذه المجموعة في بنيتها الظاهراتية وامتداداتها الدلالية والإشارية وانساقها الثقافية المضمرة، والعمل التشاركي بين الكفاءة اللغوية والتواصلية أعلى تحققٍ، عبر الالتزام بالقيم العليا كالحقيقة والحرية والمحبة والتفاني من أجل حياة حافلة بالجمال والعدالة لوطن مزقته الحروب والأزمات بشتى اساليبها وتداعياتها، وما سينتج عنها من مرارات الحياة وشظف العيش، واغتراب روحي ونفسي وجسدي ليتجاوز الكائن الإنساني ذاته الطبيعية، ويستخلص للإنسان في مشاركته الحرة الفاعلة بأن يصبح مشروعا اخلاقيا وروحيا عند سعيه لاكتساب القيّم و تفعيلها.
فعلى وجه العموم، تمثل قصائد المجموعة الشعرية (رائي العراق) صرخة مدوية في أفق وطني مأزوم، يشهد تناقضات فجة بين الحياة الذاتية والحياة الموضوعية وتراجعات بتجريد عمل الإنسان من روحه، فتعطي شعورا بالعزلة كما تتجلى فيها ثيمة رؤية للحياة في كليتها، ليضع الفرد وحريته كأساس لكل تصور. والكفاح من أجل الوجود الروحي وإدراك وحدة الحياة الروحية داخل المسار البشري الصاعد والعودة الأصيلة، وتجديد السؤال عن معنى الحياة وقيمتها وتحقيق غاية سامية رافعة للنفس في كليتها، والتمكن من الارتقاء فوق مستوى النفس، وإنجاز ثيمات الحياة للدفع بها للأمام.
وتنشيط إمكانيات الكفاح والعمل بشجاعة واثقة على الرغم من كون كل ما حولنا يحول بيننا وبين إدراك المعنى، ويهدد بتبديد كل سعي حثيث نحو التجاوز والتغيير.
