عمــر الفوتــي الرنغمــي
هو: الشاعر عمــر بن محمد بن أحمد الفوتــي الرنغمــي.
وهو من مواليد محلّية رنغم ولاية جغاوا، نشأ وترعرع بمحلية رنغم، في كفالة والدته يتيماً.
ولحق بالكتاتيب في السنوات الطفولة الأولى، ثم الابتدائية بنور الفيضة كتوتو إسلامية رنغم، فالثانوية في عبد الله مي مسلاثي رنغم، وواصل الدراسة بكلية التربية والتعليم غمل ولاية جغاوا، ثم الجامعة بنيجر.
وقد خاض الشاعر عمــر الفوتــي الرنغمــي في الصنعة الشعرية منذ أن كان هو في السنة الثانية من الثانوية، ولم يزل إلى اليوم، مع ما يصيبه من خلل كسائر الشعراء، ويدلو دلوه في مسابقات شعرية حول العالم، والحرب سجال، وله دواوين مخطوطة وشهادات جامّة، والحمد لله.
