كانت فاطمه تصرخ وتبكي في فزع واضح ، واضعة كلتا يديها على وجهها ، منزوية في أحد الأركان ، وصوت جهوري للشيف محمود يزأر به ، ليحث رجال الأمن ومدير المصحة على المجئ بسرعة ، دخلت الغرفة مسرعا مبعدا كل من يقف على الباب ، لأجد الأستاذ محمود ضرخام نزيل الغرفة ١١١ ممددا علي سريره وكأنه يغط في نوم عميق إلا أنه مات موثقا بإحكام شديد في السرير من قدميه وكلتا يديه مما يظهر أنه مات مقتولا .
اقتربت لاسترق النظر في حذر وترقب شديد ، بدا لي وجهه شاحبا يميل إلى اللون الازرق كأنه تجرع أو حقن بشئ ما تسبب له في ذلك .
حاولنا فك قيوده لكن منعنا الدكتور شوكت من فعل ذلك ، منبها ومحذرا لنا بعدم لمس اي شيء في الغرفة حتي تأتي الشرطة .
