جليلة بَكَّارْ, ولدت بمدينة تونس في 23 نوفمبر سنة 1952 , هي ممثلة مسرحية وسينمائية و كاتبة درامية تونسية. التحقت بمسرح الجنوب بڨفصة سنة 1973 . شاركت في تأسيس المسرح الجديد بتونس سنة 1976 و شركة فاميليا للإنتاج مع الفاضل الجعايبي سنة 1993 . شاركت كشخصية وطنية مستقلة في تركيبة الهيئة العليا لتحقيق أهداف الثورة والإصلاح السياسي والانتقال الديمقراطي سنة 2011.

مسرحية خمسون تأليف جليلة بكار، مسرحية تطرح قضية التشدد الاسلامي والحريات في تونس بجرأة غير مسبوقة. وقد جاءت أحداث المسرحية مترابطة حيث تروي قصة شابة تدعى أمل انقلبت حياتها رأسا على عقب بعد أن تحولت من الاشتراكية إلى الفكر المتشدد لتجد نفسها متورطة في قضية تفجير قامت بها صديقتها ”جودة“ في معهد ثانوي.
تحدث هذه الفاجعة اضطرابا في كامل البلاد محركة بذلك آليات مقاومة الإرهاب البوليسية وواضعة وجها لوجه النظام السياسي الصارم والديمقراطيين المغلوبين على أمرهم والمواطنين الراضخين غير المبالين
