خلاصة تعظيم العلم: قال المُصنِّف - حفظه الله -: «فهذه من كتابي «تعظيم العلم» خُصلاة اللَّفظ، أُعدَّت بالتقاطِها لمقصَد الحفظ، فاستُخرِج منه للمنفعة المذكورة اللُّباب، وجُعِل فيه الأُنموذج من كلِّ بابٍ؛ ليكون في نفوس الطَّلبَة شمسَ النهار، ويترشَّحُوا بعدَه إلى العمل والادِّكار».
وقد جاءت الرسالة في عشرين معقِدًا، ابتدأها بتطهير القلبِ لحفظِ العلمِ وفهمِه، وختمَها بحفظِ الوقت في العلم.
