Book Description
لقد تفرد الإسلام العظيم بتشريعات خاصة أحاطت بكل شيء، ولم تترك شيئًا (إنسانا أو حيوانا أو جمادا) إلا أنصفته وجعلت له حقوقا لا ينبغي لأحد أن يتعداها ، واعتبر الالتزام بهذه الحقوق دين يدين العبد به لله تعالي وعبادة وقربي يتقرب من خلالها الإنسان إلي الله عز وجل ، وبأدائها يحظى العبد بمرافقة النبي (ﷺ) في الآخرة .
أَلا وَإِنَّ مِنَ الحُقُوقِ والآدَابِ الَّتي أَولاهَا الإِسلامُ عِنَايَةً وَأَحَاطَهَا بِالرِّعَايَةِ، مَا يَجِبُ عَلَى النَّاسِ لِبَعضِهِم في طُرُقَاتِهِم وَأَسوَاقِهِم، مِمَّا أَهمَلَهُ كَثِيرٌ مِنهُمُ اليَومَ صِغَارًا وَكِبَارًا، وَفَرَّطُوا فِيهِ وَتَجَاهَلُوهُ شَبَابًا وَشِيبًا.
وَلِتَأكِيدِ حق الطريق في الاسلام ، نَهَى النَّبيُّ (ﷺ) عَنِ الجُلُوسِ فِيهَا، وَأَمَرَ بِإِعطَائِهَا حَقَّهَا، فَقَالَ:{إِيَّاكُم وَالجُلُوسَ بِالطُّرُقَاتِ ، قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا لَنَا مِن مَجَالِسِنَا بُدٌّ نَتَحَدَّثُ فِيهَا. قَالَ:
فَإِذَا أَبَيتُم إِلاَّ المَجلِسَ فَأَعطُوا الطَّرِيقَ حَقَّهُ قَالُوا: وَمَا حَقُّ الطَّرِيقِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟
قَالَ: غَضُّ البَصَرِ وَكَفُّ الأَذَى وَرَدُّ السَّلامِ، وَالأَمرُ بِالمَعرُوفِ وَالنَّهيُ عَنِ المُنكَرِ}[مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيهِ]..
