…شدّ ما تستهويني أمسيات القرية، ومشاهدة باليه ليالي الخريف على مسرح الطبيعة الممتد على مدى النظر، تحت سماء زرقاء تتسامى، وتتسع بكل اتجاه، مضاءة بألوف النجوم المبعثرة فيها، هنا وهناك، حيث تبدو الجبال والهضاب سابحة في بحر نور فضّي، وتظهر البيوت كأنها جمهرة من المتفرجين. وحيث تتوزّع الأدوار، بين قمر، وغيوم، وشجر، ورياح، وناشطين في الليل. فالقمر يتلصّص خلف غيمات رقيقة الحاشية. والغيمات تسبح في الفضاء متناثرة، مشكّلة صوراً وإيحاءات منوّعة. والأشجار تتوزّع فرقاً وآحاداً على أرض المسرح، مختلفة باللون، وبالشكل والحجم. والرياح تهب نسمات وموجات تحرّك الغصون، وتميل الشجر.
