هذه رسالة مختصرة في جواز السجود على السجّاد. ومعلوم ان جمهور الفقهاء على الجواز وان مشهور فقهاء الشيعة على المنع وخالف في ذلك المرتضى والمحقق والكاشاني رضي الله عنهم فقالوا بجواز السجود على القطن والكتان على كراهة. قال الشيخ في الخلاف لا يجوز السجود إلا على الأرض أو ما أنبتته الأرض مما لا يؤكل ولا يلبس من قطن أو كتان مع الاختيار، وخالف جميع الفقهاء في ذلك، وأجازوا السجود على القطن والكتان والشعر والصوف وغير ذلك. انتهى.
ولا ريب ان السجود على الأرض أفضل وأكثر تذللا لله تعالى فعن إسحاق بن الفضل أنه سأل أبا عبد الله عليه السلام عن السجود على الحصر والبواري؟ فقال: لا بأس، وان يسجد على الأرض أحب إلي فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله كان يحب ذلك أن يمكن جبهته من الأرض. وعن هشام بن الحكم، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام ـ في حديث ـ قال: السجود على الأرض أفضل لأنه أبلغ في التواضع والخضوع لله عز وجل. انتهى
ولأجل ان حقيقة السجود هي الخضوع والتذلل وظاهره هو هذا الانحناء المعهود فان مصدقيه جواز السجود على كل طاهر وعدم شرطية شيء بعينه في حقيقة السجود ظاهرة، كما ان الاطلاق في موضع السجود من التيسير والتخفيف على العباد والتيسير والتخفيف أصول شرعية محبوبة لله تعالى. وهنا ابين الأصول الشرعية أي النصوص القرانية والسنية بدلالاتها المباشرة على جواز السجود على الفرش والبسط والسجّاد المصنوع من أنواع الاقمشة المختلفة اختيارا مع ذكر خلاصة الاقوال في المسألة والله الموفق.
