حصل البروفيسور أحمد على درجة الدكتوراه في علوم الكمبيوتر والهندسة من جامعة تشياو تونغ الوطنية (NCTU) في تايوان بامتياز. حصل على درجة البكالوريوس. درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة PSUT في الأردن. يشغل الدكتور أحمد منصب عميد كلية العلوم والتكنولوجيا في جامعة الأميرة سمية للتكنولوجيا لمدة أربع سنوات وقبل ذلك كان رئيس قسم الرسومات الحاسوبية والرسوم المتحركة لمدة أربع سنوات. كما كان مسؤولاً عن مشاريع الواقع الافتراضي والمعزز في كادبي لمدة عامين. أمضى سنة تفرغ في الجامعة الألمانية الأردنية من جامعة الأميرة سمية للتكنولوجيا (PSUT). يشمل مجال اهتماماته تطوير تطبيقات الأمان والمشاريع القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي وبرمجة الكمبيوتر والوسائط التفاعلية وتحويل ترميز الفيديو والوسائط المتعددة الآمنة وقابلية التشغيل البيني. قام الدكتور أحمد بتأليف العديد من المنشورات العلمية بما في ذلك أوراق المجلات وأوراق المؤتمرات وفصول الكتب والكتاب.

الرحمة وما سئل الله شيئاً يعني أحب إليه من أن يسأل العافية ، فالدعاء هو العبادة، و الدعاء فيه اللجوء والتضرّع للًه، والدعاء هو التوفيق والنجاح والفلاح، والدعاء صلة الوصل بين العبد وربه، فيه خير الدنيا والآخرة، وفيه البركة والعافية، وفيه المدد والغوث والأمان.
كتاب شامل للدعاء من الكتاب والسنة وفيه تخريج الاحاديث ايضا.
