كتاب تغير العقل "كيف تترك التقنيات الرقمية بصماتها على أدمغتنا " – سوزان غرينفليد كيف يتأثر العقل البشري (وظيفيًا وتشريحيًا) بسبب غرقه وانشغاله الدائم في عالم الانترنت؟ يدور كتاب (تغيّر العقل) على محور هذا السؤال؟ في بحثٍ مستفيض يستقصي الدراسات والتجارب والأبحاث المنشورة في الباب حتى عام 2013. كما أنّه يناقش بمنهجية علمية منفتحة تناقض بعض النتائج. يعرض الكتاب لهذه الآثار (المهمّة والكبيرة) من خلال دراسته لثلاثة مجالات، طغى فيها الانترنت؛ وهي : (التواصل الاجتماعي، والألعاب، ومحركات البحث) ليصل إلى أسئلةٍ خطيرة تمسّنا كأفراد وعائلات، وكمجتمعات وسياسات. ولا أبالغ إن قلت أنّ محتوى الكتاب يصل بالقارئ إلى دوائر مغلقة، وعالمٍ من الآثار والأسئلة المتشعبة. والتي يصعب فيها التنظير البارد، ولا مكان فيها للندب والتشكّي. ولقد شكّل الكتاب نصرًا لأصحاب كتب الخيال العلمي، وما يزال يشكّل مادة دسمة لانتاجات أغرب و أعجب منه. لا يطرح الكتاب حلولاً جذرية، ولا بدائل سحرية، ولكنّه يلقي بالكرة في ملعب القارئ لينتبه ويدرك ثمّ يتصرف بما يستطيعه على مستواه الشخصي؛ فطغيان الانترنت لا أفق يحدّه، ولا ينبغي لعاقلٍ إرجاع عقارب الساعة إلى الوراء، ولكن..... لا بدّ من إبداع في الحلول. بقي أن أقول أنّ صياغة الكتاب فيها كثيرٌ من التكرار، وانعدام تنظيم المعلومات. كما أنّ الكتاب لم يعرض (ربما بسبب تاريخ كتابته) إلى عالم (الواتس آب) والذي أراه حالة خاصة وأكثر فجاجة من مجموعة التواصل الاجتماعي، ويستحقّ دراسات خاصة به. وأمّا (الانستغرام) و(الناب تشات) فهي الصور الأحدث للفيس بوك وقد عرض له الكاتب. ويعيب الكتاب تنظيميًا جعل الهوامش في آخره، مما يفسد الاسترسال، ويشتت القارئ. وختامًا فحقٌ على القارئ شكر القائمين على (سلسلة عالم المعرفة) التي يغلب على كتبها الرقيّ في اختيار الموضوع والكتاب. فشكرًا لهم.
