وتأسيس مدينة الناصرية بجاية أيام الدولة الحمادية إلى أن استولى عليهما الموحدون
وتناول الفصل الثاني: تاريخ بجاية في ظل الدولة الموحدية
فتعرض إلى دورها السياسي والعسكري أيام الخليفة عبد المؤمن وإلى أوضاعها في عهد
ولاتها وإلى أوضاعها الادارية
واهتم الفصل الثالث : تاريخ بجاية في ظل الدولة الحفصية
أما
الفصل الرابع والأخيرفقد خصص لبحث تاريخ بجاية في ظل الغزو الاسباني أو معركة
بجاية ثم كيفية استيلاء الأتراك
العثمانيين عليها عام 1554ـ 1555م .
