العايش زهواني من مواليد 04/04/1976 ببئر العاتر ولاية تبسة – الجزائر.
درس جميع أطواره الأولى بمسقط رأسه، ثم انتقل للعيش في مركز الولاية تبسة.
تحصل على شهادة تقني سامي في تسيير المخزون والتموين (1997-2000)، ومارس خلال تلك الفترة العمل المسرحي الهاوي وكتابة السيناريوهات المسرحية.
عمل بعدها مراسلاً صحفياً لوكالة القبس بقسنطينة (2000-2004)، ثم خاض تجارب في مجال التجارة وأيضًا في إطار الإدماج المهني.
واصل دراسته الجامعية وحصل على شهادة الدراسات الجامعية التطبيقية من جامعة التكوين المتواصل (2013-2016.)
يشغل حالياً وظيفة بجامعة الشهيد العربي التبسي.

في جامعة يسيطر عليها رئيس دكتاتوري مدعوم من رجل أعمال فاسد، يقود الطالب محمد وزملاؤه احتجاجًا ضد صفقات فاسدة مستغلين تسممًا غذائيًا. تتصاعد الاحتجاجات، تؤدي إلى إقالة الإدارة الفاسدة، لكن الفساد يعود سريعًا مع عقوبات على الطلاب وخيبة أمل عميقة، رغم دعم عاطفي من زهيرة.
