پژوهشی مختصر درباره دعای ندبه و تبیین موارد مغایرت آن با آموزههای اصیل اسلامی و سیره حضرت رسول صلي الله علیه وسلم است. دعای ندبه، كه از ادعیه مهم شیعه محسوب میشود، مشتمل است بر عقاید اصلی شیعة دوازده امامی و تأسف بر غیبت مهدی. این دعا را به جعفر بن محمد صادق نسبت دادهاند و علمای شیعه به خواندن آن در روزهای جمعه و عید فطر و قربان و غدیر توصیه میكنند. نویسنده در این اثر، دعای ندبه را جمله به جمله بررسی نموده و تضاد عبارتهای آن را با اعتقادات اسلامی نشان میدهد. وی در آغاز، سند و مدرك روایت این دعا را مورد مداقه قرار میدهد و پس از اثبات بدعتبودن آن، مخالفت قرآن مجید را با عبارتهایش شرح میدهد. تضاد عقل و منطق با دعای ندبه، كفر و شركهای موجود در آن و ادله و شبهات مشركینِ شیعه و پاسخ بدانها، موضوع فصلهای دیگر كتاب است.
