خريج من كلية طب المنصورة وتخصص بمجال جراحة الأنف والأذن والحنجرة .
بدأ كتابة الرواية مع محاولتين روائيتين قصيرتين عام 2008 هما حسناء القطار وكاسانو.
وفي أكتوبر 2010 صدرت له أولى رواياته الطويلة (أرض زيكولا) عن دار صرح للنشر والتوزيع، قبل أن تُنشر مجددًا مع دار عصير الكتب للنشر والتوزيع في عام 2015 وبعدها في يناير 2016 صدرت له روايته (أماريتا) وهي الجزء الثانى من رواية أرض زيكولا وكما ألف رواية ثالثه عنونت بقواعد چارتين صدرت في يناير 2018 ورواية دقات الشامو الجزء الثاني من قواعد چارتين في يناير ٢٠١٩
Book Description
أماريتا هي رواية من قبل عمرو عبد الحميد وهي ثانى رواية له بعد رواية أرض زيكولا وتعتبر الجزء الثانى منها تم اصدارها عام 2016 من قبل عصير الكتب للنشر والتوزيع.
ملخص القصة
تأتى القصة تكملة للجزء الأول وتتحدث ببدايتها عن أسيل وما حدث بعد خروجها من زيكولا بتهمة الخيانة هاربة إلى بلدها بيجانا حيث سجنت لتسليمها لزيكولا ولكنها تمكنت بمساعدة أحد المساجين من أن تهرب ضمن اتفاقية بيع الفقراء إلى أماريتا حيث تم تقسيم الفقراء على السكان واعطائهم مهام والا سيفتقرون ويباعون كالعبيد وكان قدر أسيل أن تسكن مع بحار عجوز وتعمل في الجبال ومضى الوقت حتى صادقت الرجل وحاول مساعدتها في الذهاب لزيكولا لكنه مات أثناء الإبحار وتم القبض على أسيل بتهمة الخيانة ولكن أعجب الملك تميم بجرأتها ولم يقتلها وازداد اهتمامه بها مع الوقت حتى أغمى عليها ذات يوم ولم يتمكن الأطباء من معالجتها حتى تم معرفة أن زيكولا وضعت قانونا يقتص من خائنيها بأخذ ذكائهم فأعلن الملك تميم ملك أماريتا الحرب على زيكولا من أجل أسيل ولكنه سعى لتجنب الحرب حيث أخذها سرا لزيكولا لمحاولة علاجها حيث وجد أصدقئها الذين ساعدوا خالد ولم يجدوا حلا الا جلب خالد لاعطائها ذكائه وبالفعل أتى وشفيت لكن الحرب كشفت شر زيكولا وعن اتجارها بالبشر مقايل ذكائهم وهذا ما سعى الملك تميم و خالد ورفاقهما لايقافه وكاد يودى بحياة الملك وانتهى الأمر بانتصار أماريتا وتغير هام في القوانين.
