Book Description
كتاب الوسيط في المذهب تأليف محمد بن محمد بن محمد الغزالي، وهو أحد أبرز وأهم الكتب الفقهية في الفقه الشافعي بخاصة، وفي الفقه الإسلامي بعامة، وترجع هذه الأهمية لعدة أسباب، بعضها يرجع إلى المؤلف وعبقريته، وبعضها يتعلق بأصل الكتاب والمصادر التي أخذ عنها واستفاد منها، وبعضها يرجع إلى أثره في المصنفات الفقهية من بعده، وإلى منهج التأليف وطريقة التصنيف.
وقد قسم الغزالي كتابه إلى أربعة أرباع، هي: العبادات، والمعاملات، والمناكحات، والجنايات، وداخل هذه الأقسام الأربعة كتب وأبواب وفصول، وظهر فيها حسن التقسيم والترتيب، ومنطقية التبويب والتفريغ، وقد استوعب المؤلف المذهب وفروعه استيعابًا شبه كامل في هذا المصنف، وعلى الرغم من التزامه أصول المذهب الشافعي وفروعه في الكتاب إلا أن روح التعصب للمذهب لم يكن ظاهرًا فعني عناية تامة بذكر الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة والإجماع والقياس، ولم يغفل النص عن آراء الأئمة الآخرين.
