فإنه يسلب الأطفال دماءهم حتى آخر قطرة، ويترك الطفل جثة هامدة لا حياة فيها ولا دماء..
القاتل مجهول، الجميع في دائرة الأشتباه للعقد حاتم طنطاوي من المباحث الجنائية، والتي تبدأ معه أحداث مرعبة عندما يظهر له (المتشكل) بسواد جسده وعيناه الحمراويتن وأنيابه المخيفة، ومخالبه، وفمه..
وفمه هذا قصة أخرى!
فهو فم مليء بالدماء، مخيف جدًا يثير الرهبة في القلوب، والأدهى أن هذا المتشكل يمكنه التحول لأي شيء يبغيه وهنا يكمن الخطر..
كل الخطر..
وفجأة .. يفقد حاتم ابنه الصغير والذي يكون له يد في أن يصل لخطة يدمر بها المتشكل، ويبدأ حاتم بالبحث عن ابنه الذي بحوزة المتشكل برفقة ياسمين التي تعاونه بكل جهدها، ومع صِراع عسير يتغلبوا على المتشكل
