هو مصري الجنسية، من صعيد مصر و على وجه التحديد من محافظة سوهاج، من قرية القرامطة غرب . شغوف بدراسة القانون من الصغر، ودخل كلية الحقوق جامعة أسوان، لكن حول إلى كلية الحقوق بجامعة سوهاج بسبب جائحة كورونا التي أثرت على حياة الملايين. تخرج من كلية الحقوق بجامعة سوهاج، وأصبح كاتبا ومؤلفا وصحفيا ومستشارا قانونيا. عمل في جريدة أهل أسوان ككاتب مقالات اثناء دراسته في اسوان ، وفي مجال الترجمة القانونية وكتابة المقالات القانونية باللغتين العربية والفرنسية. له كتب في القانون أبرزها: “كتاب القانون التجاري وفقا لآخر التشريعات”، و"كتاب القانون المدني المصري الحالي"، و"كتاب أحكام محكمة النقض المصرية الحديثة". يسعى إلى نشر المعرفة القانونية والثقافية بين أبناء مجتمعه والمساهمة في تطوير العلوم القانونية في مصر. و كان مسئول لجنة الشئون القانونية عن محافظة سوهاج لاتحاد شباب الوطن للريادة و التنمية. هو أيضاً مجيد للغتين الإنجليزية والفرنسية كما يعرف قليلًا من اللاتينية والإيطالية.
