هكذا نادي علينا المحقق وقد كنا نجلس على أريكة خشبية مستطيلة قريبا من باب مكتب التحقيق بحيث سمعنا ما دار فيه دخلنا مرتكبين محرجين فقد تسببنا كما يبدو في الإضرار بصديق عزيز رغم تضايقنا من إصراره علي إستخدام اللغة الفصحى أو الكلاسيكية في حواره معنا ولكن ما كنا نقصد الإنتقام مطلقا كنا نتعثر ببعضنا البعض كان سيبويه أو مفتاح يضع نظارته الشمسية علي عينيه ويسند بجانبه عكازا وفي مواجهته المحقق والكاتب. كان سيبويه يحدق أمامه بمستوى مرتفع قليلا كأنه يحدق في شئ على الجدار.
