"الشوارعيزم" هو ذلك التعبير الذى صححته لوصف ما يجري حولى فى البلد من استقواء الحكومة والمال والإعلام على الناس لإزالة آثار حلمهم، وبناء دنيا جديدة على كيف ومزاج وذوق أولئك السادة الجدد لا مكان فيها للبسطاء إلا كخدم أقنان.
ولقد تكاثرت وتناسلت مظاهر "الشوارعيزم" أو الشوراعية من حولنا حتى نجحت فى تأسس لكامل ذلك الوجود البديل الذى ضغطنا -بالتدريج- حتى أخرجنا من لوحة المشهد العام -تماماً- كيما يتسنى لنجوم الاستقواء الاستفراد بساحة الحياة، والائتناس بأنفسهم فيها!
إن ملايين المصريين الموهوبين الأكفاء المترعين حباً لحياة إنسانية أهم صفاتها أن تكون (إنسانية)، يجبرون اليوم (فى أكبر عملية إجلاء اجتماعي وتطهير عرقى ثقافى وسياسي) على الرحيل إلى صحراوات الإنكار والتجاهل مرة الآبار.
في "الشوارعيزم- 2 " نتفاً من تلك المعاني، مازلت أحاورها وأسعى إليها باقترابات متنوعة، داعيكم إلى الاهتمام بهمكم، وإلى إعادة بناء قوتكم وتدعيم تأثيركم، وإلى الإيمان بأن فعل التغيير هو أكثر الأفعال جدارة بالاعتبار، وبالذات حين يصير علامة على ما طال انتظاره من انتصار.. ألم يوحشكم الانتصار؟!
