الدكتور طارق برغوث (1991) درس في قسم الهندسة الصناعية بكلية التكنولوجيا في جامعة باتنة 2، الجزائر، حيث حصل على درجة الماستر والدكتوراه في الهندسة الصناعية عامي 2015 و2021. تشمل اهتماماته البحثية مراقبة حالة العمليات الصناعية، الصيانة التنبؤية، الأمن السيبراني، علم المواد، المعلوماتية الحيوية، مع التركيز على استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي. لديه العديد من المنشورات العلمية وعمل كمراجع ومحرر ضيف في مجلات ومؤتمرات مرموقة، كما يشغل حاليًا منصب رئيس مهندسي المخابر الجامعية في نفس الجامعة. السبب الذي دفعه لكتابة هذا ومشاركته هو اهتمامه بتعلم فن كتابة الروايات والقصص القصيرة.

تدور أحداث الرمال الزرقاء حول بطل يجد نفسه في قريته القديمة، حيث يواجه ظاهرة غريبة: رمال زرقاء تتلألأ كأنها مسحورة. بمجرد أن يقترب منها، ينجرف في عالم مليء بالأوهام المرعبة، حيث يتداخل الواقع مع الأحلام. يطارده أطفال غامضون، مهرجون مخيفون، وأغانٍ غامضة لا تتوقف، ليكتشف أنه محاصر داخل حلم لا ينتهي. مع مرور الوقت، يدرك أن الرمال الزرقاء ليست مجرد سراب، بل مفتاح للانتقال بين عوالم الأحلام. يلتقي بشخص آخر عالق هناك، يرشده إلى فهم قوانين هذا العالم، حيث المشاعر تتحكم بالواقع. يواجه البطل معضلة: هل يبقى في هذا العالم المجهول أم يجد طريقه للخروج؟ ومع تصاعد الأحداث، يتكشف له سر الرمال الزرقاء، لتبدأ رحلته الأخيرة نحو الحقيقة.
