الدليل العلمي : قال المؤلف - أثابه الله -: « فإن من أعظم القربات إلى الله تعالى نشر العلم بين المسلمين، ففي ذلك مصالح كثيرة، منها: مرضاة الله تعالى، ومَسْخَطة للشيطان، وتنوير للقلوب والأبدان وإصلاح للشؤون، وحلول البركة والخير، إلى غير ذلك.
ومن باب الفائدة لنفسي، ولمن بلغه من المسلمين، أحببت أن أنشر هذه الفوائد والفرائد التي أثبتُّها، ومن كتب أهل العلم وكلامهم جمعتها، وكذا مافهمته من كلامهم.
وقد آثرت أن تكون مادة الكتاب على رؤوس مسائل، حتى يسهل حفظها، وعلمها، ثم العمل بها.
فهي كالمتن المختصر، قد تعين الخطيب في إعداد خطبته، و المدرس في درسه، أو محاضرته، والواعظ في وعظه، عسى الله أن يقيِّض له من طلبة العلم من يقوم بشرحه، و التعليق على ما يحتاج إلى تعليق وإيضاح، و أن يعزو كل فائدة إلى مرجعها أو قائلها ».
