كتاب افخر بتقديمه للقارئ المتخصص والمثقف كان ثمرة بعثتي الي انجلترا للدكتوراه سنوات وكان الاستاذ الدكتور المشرف محمود سعيد عمران رحمه الله مع بروف جونيثان رايلي سمث.
والكتاب مقسم الي خمسة فصول وضعت ثلاثة منها بشكل رأسي تناولوا التاريخ الاقطاعي والسياسي لاقطاعية الخليل الصليبية وعلاقتها بالمسلمين بعد التدخل في تعديله واضافة الجديد اما الرابع فتناول عملية اكتشاف مقبرة الاباء وبالاحري الانبياء ابراهيم واسحاق ويعقوب عليهم السلام بالخليل 1119م والتي حملت مسمي الخليل نسبة لابي الانبياء ابراهيم او سنت ابراهام عند الصليبين اما الخامس فتناول كل الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للخليل وما جاورها تقريبا عصر الصليبين .
بذلك يعد الكتاب عملا أصيلا يقوم علي الوثائق والمصادر بشقيها الاوروبي (صليبي - يهودي) والاسلامي ووصفه المشرفان بأنه دراسة متكاملة لا تدع مجالا لاحد التفكير في اعادة دراسة التاريخ الصليبي للخليل قبل عهد طويل وانها سدت ثغرة مهمة في تاريخ جنوب مملكة بيت المقدس الصليبية .
