هذا الكتاب بين فيه جامعه ضوابط ومشروعية الضرب في الإسلام ، عند فقهاء الإسلام ، وأهل التربية من المتقدمين والمتأخرين ؛ مع ذكر الواجبات والحقوق للآباء والأولاد ، وذكر رأي المتقدمين من كبار علماء التربية في الإسلام ، وذكر أهم قواعد التربية التي ذكرها المتخصصون في التربية، وهذا البحث قسمته إلى ستة مطالب :
المطلب الأول : تعريف الأدب والتأديب ، والغرض منه ، ولماذا التأديب ؟ .
المطلب الثاني : تعريف الضرب لغة واصطلاحاً .
المطلب الثالث: معنى الضرب في القرآن والسنة ، كلام الفقهاء عن الضرب ، وما هي الأمور التي على الولي أن يعلمها الصبي والصبية قبل الوصول إلى العقاب ؟
المطلب الرابع: قواعد ذكرها الفقهاء في الضرب والتعليم . وقواعد مهمة في التعامل مع الأولاد. ونماذج وخطوات عملية للتربية النبوية ، وطرق الاتصال الفعال ومعوقات الاتصال الفعال مع الأولاد .
المطلب الخامس : الضرب عند أهل التربية من المتقدمين والمعاصرين .
المطلب السادس : ذكر ملخص لأقول علماء التربية من المسلمين .
زفيه طالب الجميع بالرفق لإن الرفق خيرٌ كلُه، يهدي الله إليه من يشاء، ويصرف عنه من يشاء؛ فعَنْ عَائِشَةَ -رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا- قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ -صَلَّى الله عَلَيه وسَلَّم-: “إِذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِأَهْلِ بَيْتٍ خَيْرًا أَدْخَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّفْقَ” (رواه أحمد وصحّحه الألباني). وفي رواية “إِنَّ اللهَ إِذَا أَحَبَ أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ أَدْخَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الرِّفْقَ” (رواه ابن أبي الدنيا والضياء وصحّحه الألباني عن جابر رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ)؛ أي: إذا أراد بأهل البيت خيراً رزقهم الرفق ليستعينوا به مدة حياتهم، ووفقهم للين في تصرفاتهم فيما بينهم ومع الناس، وألهمهم المداراة التي هي ملاك الأمر..
