Book Description
قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ : الْبِدْعَةُ بِدْعَتَانِ 1. مَحْمُودَةٌ 2. وَمَذْمُومَةٌ ، فَمَا وَافَقَ السُّنَّةَ : فَهُوَ مَحْمُودٌ ، وَمَا خَالَفَهَا : فَهُوَ مَذْمُومٌ . أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ بِمَعْنَاهُ. فتح الباري لابن حجر (13/ 253)
قال الحافظ: وَقَول عمر (نعمت الْبِدْعَة) هُوَ فعل مَا لم يسْبق إِلَيْهِ ، فَمَا وَافق السّنة فَحسن ، وَمَا خَالف فضلالة. فتح الباري (1/ 85)
وقال الحافظ: وَالتَّحْقِيقُ أَنَّهَا إِنْ كَانَتْ مِمَّا تَنْدَرِجُ تَحْتَ مُسْتَحْسِنٍ فِي الشَّرْعِ فَهِيَ حَسَنَة ، وإن كَانَت مِمَّا تَنْدَرِجُ تَحْتَ مُسْتَقْبَحٍ فِي الشَّرْعِ فَهِيَ مُسْتَقْبَحَةٌ، وَإِلَّا فَهِيَ مِنْ قِسْمِ الْمُبَاحِ ، وَقَدْ تَنْقَسِمُ إِلَى الْأَحْكَامِ الْخَمْسَةِ. فتح الباري (4/ 253)
