شاعر الماني من مواليد 1797 ولد في مدينة دوسلدورف الألمانية .
وامضى الــ25 سنة الاخيرة من حياته في باريس , الى ان توفي في عام 1856م .
صدر لهاينه , وهو الباحث والصحافي والناقد الأدبي المرموق,مجموعة دوواوين كان " الاياب" من أهمها.
وعلى الرغم من ان شعر هاينه اتسم بالفطنة والحس الساخر ,فقد اشتهر هاينه بقصائده الغنائية ,التي تلقفها كبار الملحنيين الالمان ,وفي مقدمتهم كل من شومان وشوبرت .
اعتنق هايته مبادىء حركة شباب المانيا,وتسببت آراؤه السياسية الراديكالية في منع السلطات الالمانية كثيرا من اعماله .
