فرد فضيلة الشيخ على هذه المزاعم وفندها، وفصل في هذه المسألة، فقال أن ابن تيمية سعى في إخراج الأسارى النصارى في عصره من السجن! وهم نصارى! في قمة العدل! يقول: (لأنهم تحت عهد المسلمين).
ومن يطالب الآن بإخراج مسلم يقال عنه بأنه مثير فتن! وهو يطالب بإخراج مسلم! ولم يطالب بإخراج كافر! أما ابن تيمية فهو يطالب بإخراج النصارى! وأسهل ما لديهم أن يقولوا عنك: خارجي! أو أن يصنفوك على أنك معارض ثم بعد ذلك يرتبون أحكام المعارض! فالعدل مفقود في الحقيقة!
