بسمه تعالی ان مما لا شك فيه ، أن الله اذا اراد انسان خيرا دله على دين التوحيد ، فأن اهتدى دله على دين الإسلام ، فان اهتدى دله ، على ولاية اهل البيت ( عليهم السلام ) ، فأن اهتدى دله على ( ولاية الفقيه ) ، وهي الحكومة الإسلامية ، ومن دعاتها السيد محمد محمدصادق الصدر ( قدس سره ) حيث كان يقول إن من أهم ما يجب علي تحقيقه هو اقامة حكم الله في الأرض ( ( لا حكم الا الله ) ) . وهذا الأمر ليس باليسير بل تظافرت الروايات عن اهل بيت العصمة انهم قالوا : أن امرنا صعب مستصعب وممن تنبه إلى هذا الطريق واهداه الله اليه ثلة من المؤمنين وفقهم الله لنصرة دينه ، واقامة أحكام الإسلام كصلاة الجمعة والقضاء الشرعي - وزيارة العتبات المقدسة بشكل منتظم ، وتشكيل لجان للأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر ، ونقل الحوزات الى داخل الجامعات بل حتى المناطق الشعبية . وكان ممن شخص حركة السيد الولي الشهيد المنتجة في أول الأمر هو جناب الدكتور الفاضل الأستاذ نديم عيسي الجابري ، وبحثه هذا هو خير دليل على تشخيصه ورأيه ، وقد سلمت بنفسي هذا البحث إلى سماحة السيد الشهيد . وقرأه ، وأول كلمة أثارته واطلاقها ، حيث لا يرى صحة إطلاقها على غير المعصومين عليهم السلام . اما جناب الدكتور الجابري فقد كانت علاقته بسماحة السيد - . هي كلمة ( الأمام ) وطيدة جدا حتى أنه كلفه بأنشاء مركز للدراسات الاسلامية سرا ووجه الاستمراره حتى بعد وفاته ، أما هذا البحث فهو جهد طيب وفق في دفع الشبه عن الشهيد السعيد التي أثارتها السلطة نفسها وغير . السلطة
