Book Description
پژوهشی جامع و گسترده است در باب ازدواج موقت و بررسی جواز و احكام مربوط به آن در اسلام. نویسنده در این اثر با استفاده از آیات قرآن، روایات و سیره نبوی و گفتار صحابه سلام الله علیهم أجمعین و بررسی تحلیلی و دقیق تاریخ اسلام، علت پیدایش چنین پدیدهای را در جامعه اسلام بیان كرده و انگیزههای تحریم آن را برمیشمارد. وی استدلالهای شیعه را در باره حلال و مستحببودن متعه ذكر میكند و با بهرهگیری از منابع مذكور، یكایك آنها را به نقد و چالش كشیده و نادرستی و ضعفشان را نشان میدهد. سپس دلایل حرمت ازدواج موقت را از دیدگاه قرآن شرح داده و تفاوتهای بسیار میان عقد دائم و ازدواج موقت را بیان كرده و از این راه، بیتوجهی و بیاحترامیِ نگرش شیعه را به زن، خاطر نشان میسازد؛ بدین صورت، ثابت میشود كه هیچیك از شرایط، ضوابط و احكام عقد دائم، در صیغة موقت حاصل نمیشود. لذا، چنین پدیدة بدعتآمیزی یكسره حرام و نادرست است. وی پس از بیان دلایل عقلیِ حرمت ازدواج موقت، بیست و یك شبهه شیعه را در این مورد مطرح كرده و پاسخ كامل و مفصلی برای هر یك ارائه میدهد.
