الأستاذ المعلم مصطفى قطيع ،،، * وُلِد في مدينة إدلب شمال َ سوريا 24 سبتمبر 1934 .
*تخرّج من قسم اللغة العربية في كلية الآداب ، الجامعة السورية ( جامعة دمشق اليوم ) عام 1958 .
دَرَّس في إعداديات وثانويات إدلب وحلب . ثم في ( معهد إعداد المدرسين ) .
* هاجر إلى الولايات المتحدة عام 1992 وعمل في تعليم أبناء الجالية المسلمة قراءة القرآن .
* لا يزال يعيش في ولاية تينيسي . مدينة ( مرفرسبورو ) .

أمسح عن عيوني دموع الفرحة ببطولاتكم , وأتقدم لأكتب إليكم وألقاكم , أقبل جبهاتكم وأيديكم التى تحمل السلاح فلا أريد أن ألقاكم ودموعي في عيوني . فأنا فرح ببطولاتكم التى تكمل تاريخ بطولات إدلب عبر الزمن الحديث .
فهى أرض البطولات وهذه حقيقة مطموسة , لأن إدلب تابعة لحلب , فكانت البطولات تُنسب لحلب , كما فى ثورة هنانو وغيرها .
