لقد افتقدنا في أيامنا هذه المهندس اللغوي، والطبيب الشاعر، والمعلم المتذوق للشعر، وصارت حجتنا في تبرئة أنفسنا: التخصص، فهذا محام وليس لغوياً، وذلك موظف وليس من أهل الصرف، ونحن لا ننكر ما للتخصص من أهمية في إتقان العلوم والتبحر فيها، ولكن ما لا يُدرك جُله لا يُترك كله، وإتقان العربية قائدة تبني عليها بقية العلوم، ونحن لا نطلب المستحيل.
وواقع الأمر أن هممنا قد ضعفت وعزائمنا قد لقد افتقدنا في أيامنا هذه المهندس اللغوي، والطبيب الشاعر، والمعلم المتذوق للشعر، وصارت حجتنا في تبرئة أنفسنا: التخصص، فهذا محام وليس لغوياً، وذلك موظف وليس من أهل الصرف، ونحن لا ننكر ما للتخصص من أهمية في إتقان العلوم والتبحر فيها، ولكن ما لا يُدرك جُله لا يُترك كله، وإتقان العربية قائدة تبني عليها بقية العلوم، ونحن لا نطلب المستحيل.
وواقع الأمر أن هممنا قد ضعفت وعزائمنا قد قصرت، وصرنا نركن إلى السهل الذي لا عناء في تحصيله، حتى وصلنا إلى مرحلة صار التحدث فيها بالفصحى تكلفاً، ومحاربة الخطأ اللغوي الشائع مغالاة، وصار جمع كبير ينادي بتبسيط النحو، وحذف كثير من مباحثه.
والذي نراه أنه يجب على العربي أن يُلم بالقواعد العامة للغته، من مجرورات ومنصوبات ومرفوعات، وأن يتعلم من لغته منا يستطيع أن يميز به بين كلامه وكلام الأعاجم، وما يُعينه على تلاوة القرآن الكريم، وما يسعفه إلى فهم ما يقرأه من كلام رسول الله ﷺ ومن شعر العرب وسائر الكتب في مختلف فنون العلم.
