الْفَصْلُ الْأَوَّلُ: تَعْرِيفُ الْاِعْتِكَافِ لُغَةً، وَشَرْعًا، والْفَارِقُ بَيْنَ الْاِعْتِكافِ وَالْجِوَارِ.
• الْفَصْلُ الثَّانِي: حُكْمُ الْاِعْتِكَافِ، وَغَايَتُهُ، وَأَفْضَلُ أَوْقَاتِهِ، وَالْمُفَاضَلَةُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ بَاقِي الْعِبَادَاتِ.
• الْفَصْلُ الثَّالِثُ: شُرُوطُ صِحَّةِ الاِعْتِكَافِ.
• الْفَصْلُ الرَّابِعُ: مَا يُفْسِدُ الْاِعْتِكَافَ وَمَا لَا يُفْسِدُهُ.
• الفَصْلُ الخَامِسُ: الأَحْكَامُ المُتَعَلِّقَةُ بِالنِّسَاءِ فِي الِاعْتِكَافِ.
• الْفَصْلُ السَّادِسُ: نَذَرُ الْاِعْتِكافِ.
• الفَصْلُ السَّابِعُ: أَحْكَامٌ مُتَفَرِّقَةٌ خَاصَّةٌ بِالاعْتِكَافِ.
•الفَصْلُ الثَّامِنُ: أَحْكَامُ خُرُوجِ المُعْتَكِفِ.
